This stuff is absolutely *magical*.
I was utterly gobsmacked when I unwrapped it–I honestly thought there were no mills left that could produce so dense a weave from yarns this fine at any price, let alone one that mere mortals can hope to afford.
Real, actual linen voile; it’s even better in person than it looks onscreen. It really does have a hand and sheerness approaching organza, with a deliciously smooth, crisp surface. No slubs, nearly even-weave, bleached white (NOT optic!); the product description that calls this stuff the Holy Grail of Linen is *not* an overstatement.
It makes me happy that this fabric even exists in the world, LET ALONE that I can actually lay hands on some and use it in my costuming. Thank you, Tied to History, for bringing us this amazing product!

Well this is absolutely the best modern linen I’ve ever been lucky enough to touch (let alone OWN)!! The fineness of the fibers and the weave is just breathtaking.
